Nobody can sign in yet.

Forge has no accounts. Create the first administrator and you are signed in straight away — there is no confirmation email, because this deployment has no mail relay and waiting for one that never arrives is not a first run.

1 Create the administrator Confirmed on creation. Single-use: the next account confirms as normal.
2 Federate your identity provider Optional, and done afterwards in Settings → Authentication.
3 Connect a repository The first index runs in about four minutes.

Create the administrator

This account is the break-glass account. It stays usable after an external identity provider is federated on top, which is what gets you back in when the provider is the outage.
